Caplice Family Sports (the “Site”) is a private, invite-only website built for the Caplice family and friends to track friendly sports competitions. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
Who can use the Site
Access is limited to people whose email address has been added to our allow-list by an administrator. Accounts are created through Google sign-in. Don’t share your sign-in or invite anyone outside the family without an admin’s say-so.
Be decent
This is a family space. Use it that way. Don’t post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you don’t have the right to share. Don’t try to break, probe, or abuse the Site or any related service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the picks, messages, photos, and other content you post. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content on the Site so it works as intended. Admins may remove content that violates these terms or that seems out of place for a family setting.
Accuracy & fun
Standings, scores, and bragging rights on the Site are for recreational fun. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or that your favorite pick will win. No money changes hands through the Site.
Account closure
You can ask an admin to remove your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, or shut the Site down entirely if we ever decide to stop running it.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators of the Site are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
